Observation

It was determined that staff told two other children to "come and get" a child which resulted in wrestling and scuffling among the three children children. Staff did not intervene while the children are wrestling and scuffling. It was determined that staff grabbed a child aggressively. It was determined that child was left alone in the playground for 15 minutes. It was determined that part of the time child was outside, staff did not have visual supervision because the child was siting on a spot blocked by the storage cabinet. ?? "No observation provided."
